Event: Finding the Human in your Brand – Secrets of Success for Financial Services

As we all know, the relationships between people and brands have changed, driven by major shifts in digital, social and mobile.

Brands such as Apple, Amazon and Uber have forged new relationships by facilitating a ‘life in flow’ for people. We believe financial services can and should learn from these, by making the most of more shallow, fleeting interactions.

We’d love to share our ‘Secrets of Success’ for financial services with you. Come along to our breakfast briefing and discover the 6 secrets of connecting with people and delivering the right balance between frictionless experience and human connection. In addition to food for thought, we’ll also treat you to a coffee and a bacon sandwich.

What you’ll take away:

How to keep the human in your brand

How to do digital with a human touch

How to give people the relationship they want with your brand

How to make the most of shallow and fleeting relationships

How to make creative ‘brain-friendly’

How to build ‘connective friction’ into your brand experiences

The event on Wednesday September 21st starts at 8:30am until 10am. Directions to HeyHuman can be found here.

We would love to see you there, save the date now and click on the link below to RSVP.
